2. Ordering & Contract Formation

  • Once you place an order and receive our order confirmation by email, a contract of sale is formed between you and MB „ARVIS KROSNER“.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if products are unavailable, payment is not received, or in case of errors on our website.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR or your local currency and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or others displayed).

  • Additional charges such as duties or import taxes (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide via trusted couriers (UPS, DPD, GLS, etc.).

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping costs, if any, are shown before finalizing your order.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee under EU law against lack of conformity.

  • We will offer repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer protection rules.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and EU consumer protection legislation.
