Shipping and Returns
How does shipping and returns work?
We ship worldwide and provide full tracking for every order. If you’re not completely happy, you can return your item within 14 days in its original condition — we’ll make it easy. Just contact info@iosomo.com.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we’ve inspected it, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll issue the refund straight to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need a little extra time to process it.
