RETURNS
We provide a 14-day return policy for items purchased online. The 14-day period starts on the day you receive your parcel.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In their original packaging (where applicable)

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to start a return:

1. Contact us at info@iosomo.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

3. We will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
